I/We grant OneBloc Registration permission to receive, retain, and use my/our personal information — including identity verification records and payment transaction data — subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the terms set out in OneBloc's Privacy Policy. I/We undertake to observe all relevant legislation, in particular the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA), and confirm that the service shall not be used to facilitate any unlawful activity. I/We consent to OneBloc Registration performing due-diligence checks, including reputational background searches and bank account verification, both at onboarding and on a continuing basis for compliance purposes. I/We understand that a formal Merchant Agreement (including applicable MDR / transaction fees) will be delivered by email for our examination and execution, and that final approval of this application depends on its due acceptance.
